BOOKING CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS

For payments a 30% deposit is required on confirmation and should be wired on our account .We provide the account details on your request.
The final payment is due 30 days prior to the tour departure. When a booking is made less than 30 days before departure, then the full amount is paid at the time of booking. Failure to pay by the date may lead to cancellation without any refunds.

PRICES

All prices quoted by Abbiron Tours are based on the tariffs and exchange rates at the time of printing of this tour brochure. All prices are subject to change in the event of fluctuations of the tariff and the exchange rate.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All cancellations must be made in writing. The cancellation fee depends on the date we receive your written notification of cancellation.

CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS

Cancellation by you:
Days before departure
More than 60 days                   loss of deposit
Between 60 and 31 days          50% of the tour cost
Between 31 and 14 days          80% of the tour cost
Less than 14 days                    100% of the tour cost

CANCELLATION BY US

Usually the company may be obliged to cancel your tour by of unavoidable circumstances like rebel attacks in the tourism destinations. A certain refund is agreed upon by the company to be issued to you. Nevertheless, this can be acknowledged after the company’s scrutiny of the tourism destination.

Refunds for unused services such as hotel accommodation are available, but less than the applicable cancellation fee charged by the establishment. Refunds on unused flights can be claimed from the airline through your travel agent.

ITINERARY CHANGES

Abbiron Tours reserves the right to change itineraries without prior notice, and / or to subcontract the services of another provider without lowering the quality.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Customers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to the commencement of their tour. Our customers are only covered when in the tour vehicle.

LIABILITY

Unless otherwise stated, Abbiron Tours only acts as an agent of the service providers when making reservations for your holidays. Abbiron Tours is not responsible for any acts of commission or omission of others, including tour guides, accommodation providers, or loss or damage that may arise due to the negligence of other providers.

EXCLUSIONS

Our prices do not include airfares ( except where stated), passport and visa fees, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, airport departure taxes, laundry, drinks, optional tours ( fishing , cultural dances, filming etc……) and items of a purely personal nature.
